We are able to authenticate ATR Movement Certificates on behalf of HM Customs & Excise.
An ATR document enables goods to qualify for tariff preferences on imports and exports between the EC and Turkey.
Full details on the issuance of ATR's can be found in Customs Notice 812.
As with all export documents, you will need to include back up documents to assist us in processing the document.
You can apply for the Certificates in many ways:

You complete the 3-part form and send it in to us and we will authorise and send it back to you by return post or you can collect it
- WHILE YOU WAIT
You complete the 3-part form and bring it in to our office and we can authorise it while you wait.
- PREP
Unfortunately, as these are Customs documents we are unable to type the Certificates for you. We are only authorised to stamp them – any amendments must be made by yourself and initialled.
