Please see below details of the back up documents you should be including with your applications:

EC CERTIFICATES OF ORIGIN

a) Commercial Invoice
b) Packing List (if Gross Weight is not shown on your Invoice)
c) Full Names and Addresses of the manufacturers should be shown
    on the back of the Pink Page.  If any of the manufacturers are from
    overseas, we require a copy of a commercial document (for each
    item) such as the Foreign CofO or Invoice from the manufacturer.

ARAB CERTIFICATE OF ORIGIN

a) Commercial Invoice
b) Packing List (if Gross Weight is not shown on your Invoice)
c) Full Names and Addresses of the manufacturers should be shown
    on the front of each page of the CofO.  If any of the manufacturers
    are from overseas, we require a copy of a commercial document
    (for each item) such as the Foreign CofO or Invoice from the
    manufacturer.

EUR1 MOVEMENT CERTIFICATE

a) Commercial Invoice
b) Packing List (if Gross Weight is not shown on your Invoice)
c) Copy Shipping Documents (if you are raising the EUR1 after the
    goods have been shipped)

ATR MOVEMENT CERTIFICATE

a) Commercial Invoice
b) Packing List (if Gross Weight is not shown on your Invoice)
c) ATR Statement on your Letterhead
d) Copy Shipping Documents (if you are raising the ATR after the
    goods have been shipped)

INTERNATIONAL IMPORT CERTIFICATES

a) Copy of the official order between yourselves and your overseas supplier
