We are able to authenticate EUR1 Movement Certificates on behalf of HM Customs & Excise.
EUR1’s are certificates more commonly known as a Movement Certificates, which enable importers in certain countries to import goods under preference which means that your customer pays a lower or nil rate of import duty on your goods.

You must make a declaration on the form that your goods satisfy the rules of origin as detailed in Customs Notices 827, 828, 829 and 832 of which you should have copies.
As with all export documents, you will need to include back up documents to assist us in processing the document
You can apply for the Certificates in many ways:

- POST
You complete the form and send it in to us and we will authorise it and send it back to you by return post or you can collect it.
- WHILE YOU WAIT
You complete the 3-part form and bring it in to our office and we can stamp it while you wait.
- PREP
Unfortunately, as these are Customs documents we are unable to type the Certificates for you. We are only authorised to stamp them – any amendments must be made by yourselves.
