Chamber members can take advantage of a debt collection service to help them collect any overdue payments from customers. Working through Effective Credit Collections Ltd, the service is quick and easy to use and the Chamber has negotiated special terms for its members.

The service includes an initial formal letter being sent for which there is no charge. If the customer pays, a small fixed fee will be payable rather than the normal 15% of the collected debt. The debt can be further pursued if the initial letter is not successful and the Chamber has also agreed very favourable terms if this full collection service is successfully escalated. However, both levels of service are on a no collection, no fee basis, so if the debt is not recovered there is not any charge.
