Rachel Paul is a Norwich based business woman who has for the past eight years successfully helped clients in the UK and Internationally to effectively develop and manage their workforce. She believes that coaching approaches can be used by all to develop resourcefulness in people, and subsequently have a positive impact on the business.

Rachel will lead an afternoon of practical case studies focusing on current issues affecting those involved in HR. A number of Rachel’s clients will join her to explore how different organisations are handling situations and share their experiences with you. This session will benefit anyone who is responsible for managing a team as ConsultEast will show how coaching helps create a more flexible workforce, able to adapt to change and focus on what is really possible to achieve. Coaching produces more collaboration, less conflict and reduced HR casework.

As well as hearing from Rachel Paul, Director on ConsultEast the afternoon will feature presentations from three very different organisations who have implemented coaching. We will share with you the part coaching played in their individual journeys of business growth, cultural change and contraction.
