Tackling Tricky HR Issues
Join the chamber for an afternoon of accessing specialist knowledge essential for any HR professional.
Oliver Brabbins and Elizabeth Stevens from Steeles Law will deal with a range of problematic areas that can cause headaches for HR practitioners (and employment lawyers!)
Looking at relevant legislation and case law developments, and using practical case studies, they will consider a number of tricky issues including:
• Holiday entitlement during sickness absence
• Employees charged with criminal offences
• Holding ‘without prejudice’ conversations with employees
• Entitlement to bonuses during maternity leave
This will be an interactive session with plenty of opportunities for questions and discussion.
