Trading overseas can be complex so whether you’re breaking into a new overseas market for the first time, or you’re an experienced exporter keen to develop your international operations, you’ll find all the help you need. We understand that filling out export documentation is a daunting task, especially as mistakes can cause costly hold-ups at foreign ports, with our export service we check all documents are filled out correctly prior to approval.

All members enjoy a discount of up to 50% on export documentation and up to 20% on all export training!

Export Documentation

Documents can be completed online through the eZ-cert system or forms bought from us to be filled in and returned via post, whichever works best for you.

We are able to check:

  • European Certificates of Origin
  • EUR1 and ATR Movement Certificates
  • Legalisation of Arab Certificates of Origin
  • International Import Certificates
  • Export Forms and Stationery.

ATA Carnets

We are also in the privileged position of being chosen to represent London Chamber of Commerce on advice, guidance, and the issuing of ATA Carnets for the East of England. An ATA Carnet is an international customs document permitting the TEMPORARY import of goods on a tax or duty free basis for up to one year, it’s effectively a passport for goods..

Incoterms® 2020

Universally acknowledged rules of international trade are essential to avoid costly misunderstandings and disputes which is where Incoterms come in. Incoterms rules define, in a set of three-letter trade terms, the risks and responsibilities of buyers and sellers in an international sales contract.  We always have stocks of the latest publications available for both members and non-members to purchase so you can keep up-to-date.

International Trade Training

If trading internationally is completely new to you, you’re on-boarding a new employee, or you simply need a refresher we have a range of courses to suit.

Designed to cover all aspects of international trade from using the eZ-cert system to understanding customs procedures and documentation, they’ll give you peace of mind. If you’re still not sure, you can always contact the International Trade Team.
