Join us over 6 weeks as we help you to understand your growth potential, and help you to build a strategy to get there!

 

How often do you take the time out to take a step back and think where the business is going? Monthly? Yearly? Never?

Accelerate has been designed to work as a 6 week series, or individual standalone sessions, to help you reflect on what your business does today, what you're working towards in the future, and helps you create a strategy to get you there. Working collaboratively with other businesses, succeed together.

 

If you are based in Norfolk or Suffolk you will have access to free mentoring and guidance between sessions to allow you to discuss in greater depth the topics explored.

Available as a whole 6 week series, or as individual standalone sessions you will take a look at:

 

1. Research - Knowing your Business Environment (25th Feb)

What is it that makes your business tick and encourge customers to use you again? Research helps you get perspective into the market you operate, allowing you to highlight new markets to explore, new customer segments to engage with and threats that need to be mitigated. We also take a look at uncovering niches in your existing marketplace and how you can adapt your product or vision accordingly.

 

2. Branding & Marketing - Creating an Identity (11th March)

According to tailorbrands.com you have 7 seconds to make a first impression, therefore you must be able to clearly show who you are and what you stand for. Using customer research from session 1, we begin to identify how we can connect with our customers, as well as creating tailored marketing strategies to keep them coming back for more.

 

3. Growth - Why & How (25th March)

After raising awareness of our immediate business environment and how we can connect with our customers, we look to growth strategies we can deploy. By reviewing past examples of those who succeeded, and those who didn't, we can look at what would work best for our businesses. Here we focus on strategies for building the top and decreasing the bottom line.

Following the third session, you will have created an action plan for you to follow to allow you to reach your business growth potential.

 

This series is delivered by our team of dedicated Innovation Advisors here to support you and help make your business more innovative, productive and competitive. Following the course, attendees will have the opportunity to benefit from continued support and coaching, to increase the chance of delivering the action plan created.
