As Head of Customer Experience my role is to develop and deliver an outstanding customer experience for everyone we come into contact with from start-ups to large businesses.
I lead the newly formed Customer Experience Team, who will focus on how to better understand your business and help you achieve your aims. That includes signposting to those services most relevant to you, connecting you to those with common interests, helping with the promotion of your business, and giving you a voice in the business community.
Philippa has been an integral part of the Chamber Team over four years, as previously Events Manager delivering over 60 business events per year and leading on contracts and innovation. Prior to the Chamber, she worked in Marketing and Communications for several NHS Trusts in Norfolk and London dealing with press enquiries, public information events, collating printed publications, to marketing campaigns. Philippa studied her degree in Psychology in Southampton before moving back to work in Norwich her home-town.
Philippa lives in Norwich with her husband, hyperactive Labrador puppy and cat. She enjoys running to help clear her head and keep active and often takes part in local runs such as Run Norwich 10k.
