West Norfolk Consultancy brings together three professional services, Consultancy, Health & Safety and CAD. We predominately focus on clients within the Electrical, Mechanical, Construction and Architectural industries.

Barry has worked within the High Voltage Distribution Networks and Private Networks for a period of 40 years, accumulating a wealth of knowledge and experience along the way. Following a successful apprenticeship served within Generation, Barry moved into 33kV Distribution. His career includes working for CEGB, Eastern Electricity, EDF Energy and UK Power Networks Services. For the last 30 years, Barry has worked within the private sector on the Management, Design, Construction and Maintenance of 11kV systems.

John brings a wealth of experience from within the Power Industry Sector. An accomplished and energetic Operations Manager with a solid history of achievement, for many years John has provided expert advice and training in all aspects of Health and & Safety. John's career covers a CEGB apprenticeship in transmission covering all HV networks up to 400kV. John has also achieved authorisations in HV Substation compound entry (National Grid BESC (EUSR)) and HV Switch House entry. More recently, John received the Sir Moir Lockhead Safety Award 2017 from the Society of Operation Engineers (SOE) for his devoted services to industrial Safety.

Colin has worked within the Electrical Contracting Industry for over 40 years, gathering a wealth of knowledge along the way. Successfully completing an apprenticeship with Eastern Electricity, Colin has worked on all aspects of electrical installations and engineering up to 11kV and includes working for Eastern Contracting, Power Services and SSE. During the last 20 years, Colin has worked primarily on private High Voltage Distribution Networks, providing Design & Estimating, Project Management and the production of all aspects of CAD drawings associated with the M&E Industry.
