Something very exciting is launching to boost the Norfolk business landscape, a brand new concept supported by the Norfolk Chambers with a clear objective to empower, engage and encourage the next generation of business professionals. It's called Co.next and we warmly invite you to celebrate its launch.

What is Co.next?

Co.next will offer a range of events, development, and support for those 35 and under based in Norfolk.

Curated by the Norfolk Chambers of Commerce to provide a structured, inclusive, collaborative and vibrant approach to supporting working professionals 35 and under with appropriate, engaging knowledge and networking programs. The initiative is being supported and developed by a board of like-minded individuals, who want to empower budding professionals in Norfolk.

The Event

The launch event, led by the Chambers CEO, Chris Sargisson, and the Co.next Board Chairman, James Groves - MD of Indigo Swan, will present the Co.next strategy for 2022 and lead discussions from other board members. They will then invite questions from the audience on how they would like to see the program develop either from a personal, professional development perspective or from a HR perspective, should you employ under 35's within your organisation.

More than anything, we wish to bring the Norfolk business community together to hear their feedback on what offerings we can bring young professionals, to enable us to deliver to our vision of ‘What you need is what we do.’

Who is the event for?

This event is open to every business in Norfolk, current business leaders, and professionals, as well as future leaders and professionals.
