Culture Shock, an event presented by The University of East Anglia (UEA) and Fountain Partnership, supported by Norfolk Chamber of Commerce, will look at tackling issues surrounding workplace culture including non-hierarchical organisational structure, equality in pay, diversity in the workplace, and agile working.
Join the conversation to explore ways in which traditional workplace culture is being challenged, and gain insight from diverse viewpoints on how these issues and themes might be approached.
