How much space will I have for my stand?
Size of space depending on your booking:
Full stand - literature: Width: 3 metres Depth: 2 metres
Full stand - shell scheme: Width: 3 metres Depth: 3 metres
Half stand: Width: 1 metres Depth: 2 metres
6ft x 2'6 Trestle Tables will be provided for full stands only.
I have a shell-scheme stand - what size are the panels?
Each panel is 1m wide x 2m height. Depending on which stand you selected will depend on how many panels you have on your stand. For confirmation on this please get in touch.
Will there be free WiFi available?
Yes WiFi is available at the venue. WiFi details will be provided in your packs on the day.
What about if I need electricity at my stand?
If you would like electricity on your stand you will need to let us know in advance of the exhibition. There is no extra cost for this. Please bring a PAT tested extension lead with you.
What time can I set up and clear down my stand?
Setup Time: Access to the venue will be available 3-5pm on Wednesday 16 October. On the event day, access will be available from 7:30am.
Down Time: The exhibition closes at 4pm. All stands must not be dismantled before this time. An earlier close time may apply if the exhibition gets quiet but you must not pack down early unless a member of Chamber Staff advises you to. Access to pack down on Friday 18 October is to be confirmed.
What about unloading my stand?
Access is available through several entrances at Norfolk Showground.
What should I do once I arrive at my stand?
Once you have got your equipment into the venue go straight to your stand to unpack. An exhibitor pack can be found on your table with any information needed. If you have any issues finding your table please ask a member of staff. On the day of the event, Norfolk Chambers staff will try to come and see all of you ahead of the exhibition opening but this may not be possible.
Where can I park on the day?
Free parking is available at the Showground. You will be directed where to park at the event.
What shall I do with my equipment bags/packaging?
If you have any packaging that can be thrown away, please bring this to reception where the Chamber team will assist with disposal. With any other equipment bags/boxes needed, please store these either behind your stand if there is room, or in your vehicle throughout the event.
How many staff can I bring?
You can bring as many staff as you like to The B2B Exhibition - in fact, we encourage the more the better! There is no cost for additional staff members for your stand and we always recommend having a schedule to allow staff to take a break when needed.

Will the EDP Supplement still be produced in 2019?
For The B2B Exhibition 2019 we have made the decision to no longer produce the EDP Supplement, made by Archant and published in the EDP. The money spent on the supplement will be reinvested into alternative marketing and materials, such as online digital marketing and a more effective programme for the event. We will still be working closely with Archant and the EDP to publicise the event and promote every exhibitor that will be at the event.
