Intellectual Property Seminar on 18 June 2014
IP - An introduction to one of your company's biggest assets
Intellectual Property or "IP" is an asset that often doesn't get recognised let alone valued. The IP owned by your company may range from your company's trading name to the brands used to sell your products to inventions and designs which are yet to be protected. IP is often perceived as being intangible but this is far from the truth. It is real and valuable.
We will explain how you can identify and protect your IP, how to stop competitors stealing your IP and when it has been stolen how you can take action for the damage caused.
