So many of us struggle with that pesky imposter syndrome, and limiting beliefs and fears about ourselves that hold us back.

And with the pandemic, and this period of sustained uncertainty which has tipped our lives upside down, our confidence may well have taken a knock. Or perhaps, even a battering.

So, this international women’s day, we’re hosting a workshop aimed at women that allows us to share tips and techniques and ask questions that will help you to build confidence, find self-belief, and free your ambition.

Because we all deserve to believe in ourselves, fulfil our potential and know: anything is possible.

Empowered Women Empower Women:

Places are limited as we want to create a safe and supportive space for conversation.

We would like to make a difference for other women through the workshop and so we are asking for a small donation of up to £5 to join us. This will be donated to Women’s Aid, a charity which does such important work. Home - Women's Aid

Gemma Brown is a certified personal and business coach who helps individuals and organisations uncover their true identities - embracing their core values, needs and purpose - enabling them to confidently move towards their goals. Gemma works with individuals (1-2-1, through workshops and group facilitation) to discover their strengths, build confidence, manage their well-being and support them in the process of achieving their personal and professional aspirations.

At the core of Gemma’s work are two beliefs - ‘You can not pour from an empty cup’ - showing up for ourselves, enables us to show up for others, better. And ‘We would all thrive if we had the confidence to be our true authentic selves.’ Authenticity being a lifelong practice of discovery.
