Employment Law Update: All Change Please

We are pleased to invite you to the next "Working Together" seminar for HR professionals and managers, which will be conducted by Nicola Butterworth and Harriet Howes.

The radical reform of UK employment law is set to continue in 2014 with recent amendments to the Transfer of Undertakings (Protection of Employment) Regulations 2006 (TUPE) and major changes to other areas of employment law, including an extension of the right to request flexible working to all employees, planned for later this year.  This seminar will provide an overview of the legal position, together with practical tips to prepare for and deal with the changes, and a review of key employment tribunal decisions.
