What are the signs that someone might be struggling? What is the impact of poor mental health? What can we do to support someone who is struggling? What practical steps can businesses take to break the stigma and support mental health in the workplace? And, how we can promote and support our own resilience and wellbeing? This interactive, practical workshop will provide ideas and steps to help to break the stigma of mental health in business, and promote our individual wellbeing.
