Got your New Year Resolutions? All ready to go? Already off track a little? All good, I got you. 

This is an invitation to be curious, to try something different.

There has never been a more important time to prioritise your mental wellbeing. Without a doubt, 2020 was exceptionally difficult, and 2021 won't be without its hurdles, so let's get ahead.

How do you want to show up in 2021? Be less stressed? Do less? Live more? For it to be more easeful?

It all starts with you. A clique, perhaps but true. 

During these two x two-hour interactive workshops, you will learn simple habit change techniques, how to breathe for stress resilience and anxiety reduction, increasing your vibrancy. 

You will learn how to use these skills in the context of your daily life.

Gain an introduction to the language of emotions and the phenomenon of emotional contagion, which affects your mental and physical wellbeing.

By the end you will have an invaluable resource, a toolbox to allow you to recognise your stressors, be able to name and navigate them, and have positive and constructive ways to regulate and increase joy in your life.
