Incoterms® 2010

As international trade becomes increasingly complex, universally used rules are essential to avoid misunderstandings and costly disputes.  Regularly incorporated into sales contracts worldwide, Incoterms® rules define, in a set of three-letter trade terms, the risks and responsibilities of buyers and sellers in an international sales contract.  We have stocks of these latest publications available for members and non-members to purchase.

International Trade Training

Whether you are an Export Sales Manager, Export Administrator, Shipping Clerk, Financial or Shipping Manager from Manufacturers, Exporters to Forwarding Agents, we have a course that will help you and your company succeed.

As with all of our services, these courses are open to both Members and Non-Members of Norfolk Chamber. Members are entitled to 20% Discount on our Standard Rates.
