US2U Consulting Takes To The Stage…Literally
A Norfolk-based company is proving it is top of the bill by getting its message out to thousands of theatre-goers.
US2U Consulting are the latest sponsors of the safety curtain at Norwich Theatre Royal which means their logo will be seen by people attending the wide-range of productions at the venue including touring musical hit Priscilla, Queen Of The Desert, the long-awaited Northern Ballet production of The Great Gatsby, and the world-renowned Glyndebourne Opera Company.
The firm wanted to support the theatre and its education programme as part of its commitment to back charitable and community organisations across the county.
Rachel Blackburn, who runs the company, said: “I am excited that we can support an organisation that creates positive memories for so many people from across the county and beyond”.
Laetitia Webb, development director at Norwich Theatre Royal, added: “We are delighted to get this financial support from US2U Consulting which means we can continue to build on our education programme providing learning opportunities across the community linked to our many shows and performances.”
And there is a parallel between the new partners as US2U was established in 2006 – the same year Norwich Theatre Royal had its multi-million pound refurbishment.
The company has a strong client base in the public and private sectors specialising in technology, healthcare, education, food and construction working with the likes of KLM UK Engineering, Clare College Cambridge, and the University of East Anglia.
It offers a number of services designed to improve the effectiveness of its clients including development and training for staff, one-to-one coaching and mentoring, business planning to improve client-customer relations and boosting sales.
US2U Consulting also specialises in helping firms manage change within their organisations, and introduce performance management systems like feedback and staff engagement surveys.
