Who I Work With

Small business owners who love what they do but are drowning in admin. Self employment is a great fit for ADHD/AuDHD but people often find themselves with unsent invoices, leads that haven’t been followed up and challenges around making decisions and growing the business.

Backlog Support Package

One hour of coaching followed by one to one practical support via Zoom to figure out where to start and get the most important jobs done. Tasks that have been hanging around for months can get done in a matter of hours.

ADHD & Systems Support 

To stop things piling up again. ADHD coaching to help with getting started on tasks, planning & organisation, and getting things done before the last minute panic sets in. Along with support to build external systems and automating jobs to lighten the load.

Access to Work funding may cover some or all of this support.

Personal – AuDHD Coaching. 

I specialise in navigating late diagnosis, burnout recovery, and finding strategies that work and stick.

About Me

I’m AuDHD myself, having received a diagnosis in my late 30s. I’m an ADDCA certified ADHD coach, hold a DipHe in Psychology, and have a background in administration management and process improvement for NHS & Local Government.

• – working with the public offering wellbeing support (both mental and physical) 
• – working with yoga and mindfulness teachers offering mentoring and training 

My book Weaving Mindfulness and Compassion into Yoga Teaching was published in 2025.
