Having worked with businesses across a wide range of sectors; from professional services and manufacturing to interiors, hospitality, and construction; Rechenda brings a commercially focused, real-world perspective to marketing and business growth.

Throughout her career, she has supported organisations with strategic marketing, brand positioning, lead generation, PR, communications, and business development. More recently, she has specialised in working as a Fractional Marketing Director, helping established SMEs gain senior-level marketing leadership without the cost of a full-time hire.
