I’m an experienced and cross discipline Personal Trainer (level 4), Clinical Personal Trainer, Yoga Teacher (37 years practising), Pilates Specialist , Core Specialist, Fitness Instructor and National award winning Dance Fitness Instructor. I am also a fully trained and qualified Sports Therapist, Sports Nutritional adviser and an experienced Counsellor, having worked in the charity sector before starting my own private practice. I am a registered Personal Trainer and Sports Massage Therapist with CIMSPA (Chartered Institute for the Management of Sport and Physical Activity).
